The Carburizing, Quenching and Tempering process is a thermochemical treatment that consists of hardening the surface of the steel by adding carbon and its diffusion, with the aim of improving its resistance to wear while maintaining the toughness of the core.
APLICATIONS
Low-alloy steels and carburizing steels in parts that once in service will be subject to wear, friction, rolling and/or contact as well as traction, compression, bending and/or torsion forces.
